CCTV RECORDING
SYSTEMS PRIVACY NOTICE
1.
Data Controller This privacy notice has been prepared by İstanbul
Akvaryum Turizm Ticaret A.Ş. (Crowne Plaza Istanbul Florya) (“Company” or
“Hotel”), acting as the data controller, to inform you about the processing of
personal data collected via security cameras located in our hotel building,
annexes, parking lots, and entrance/exit points.

Your Processed Personal Data During your visit or stay at our Hotel, your "Visual
Recordings" (Physical Space Security Data) are processed through our
Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) systems for the purpose of ensuring physical
space security.
Important
Note: No monitoring or recording is conducted in private areas such as
restrooms, changing cabins, hotel rooms, and staff locker rooms.

Purposes of Processing Personal Data Your collected visual recordings are
processed for the following purposes:
- Ensuring the life and
property safety of hotel guests, visitors, and employees,
- Ensuring the physical
security and supervision of the hotel building, facilities, and parking
areas,
- Detecting and providing
evidence for potential theft, judicial incidents, or security breaches,
- Managing occupational
health and safety processes,
- Fulfilling obligations to
provide information to authorized public institutions (Police,
Prosecutor's Office, etc.).
4.
Method and Legal Reason for Personal Data Collection Your personal data is
collected automatically through 24/7 video recording via security cameras
located in the interior and exterior of our service buildings.
This
data is processed based on the following legal grounds within the scope of
Article 5/2 of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK):
- "It is mandatory
for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation" (Law on
Private Security Services and Occupational Health and Safety Law),
- "Data processing is
mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided
that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data
subject" (Legitimate interest in ensuring security).
5.
Transfer of Personal Data As a rule, camera recordings are not shared with
third parties. However, they may be shared with:
- Judicial Authorities
(Prosecutor's Office, Courts) and Law Enforcement Agencies (Police
Department) upon request or ex officio in the event of a crime or
legal dispute,
- Our legally authorized Lawyers/Legal
Counsels for the purpose of resolving legal disputes, in accordance
with Article 8 of the KVKK.
6.
Retention Period The obtained camera recordings are stored for the period
determined in our Company's "Personal Data Retention and Destruction
Policy" (generally 30 days) and are destroyed by automatic overwriting at
the end of this period. Recordings subject to a judicial case are retained
until the legal process is concluded.
7.
Rights of the Data Subject To exercise your rights under Article 11 of the
KVKK (requesting deletion of recordings, learning whether they are processed,
etc.), you can submit your requests in writing to Şenlikköy Mah., Yeşilköy
