CLARIFICATION TEXT
(Regarding the Processing of Personal Data)

Data Controller Pursuant to the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698
(the “Law”), your personal data may be processed by İstanbul Akvaryum Turizm
Tic. A.Ş. (Crowne Plaza İstanbul-Florya) (the “Company”) in the capacity of
data controller, within the scope explained below.

Purpose for Which Personal Data Will Be Processed Your collected personal data
(Identity, contact, education, work experience, reference information, and
other information included in your CV) will be processed for the purposes of:
Planning
and executing our Company’s human resources policies and processes,
Conducting
personnel recruitment processes,
Evaluating
the candidates' suitability for the specified position,
Keeping
the data in the CV pool for positions that may open in the future,
Conducting
reference checks when necessary;
within
the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5
and 6 of the Law.

To Whom and For What Purpose Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred Your
personal data may be transferred to legally authorized public institutions and
private law legal entities, our Company’s business partners, and group
companies in line with the realization of the purposes mentioned above, within
the framework of the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles
8 and 9 of the Law.

Method and Legal Reason for Personal Data Collection Your personal data is
collected by our Company electronically or in physical environments through
channels such as the job application form on the website

portals.
Your
personal data collected in this process is processed based on the legal grounds
of "being directly related to the establishment or performance of a
contract" and "legitimate interest of the data controller." (In
the event that you share special categories of personal data, such as health
data, your explicit consent is taken as the basis.)
5. Rights of the Personal Data Owner Enumerated in Article 11 of the Law As a personal data owner, pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, you have the following rights:
To learn
whether your personal data is being processed,

request information if it has been processed,
To
learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its
purpose,
To
know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad,
To
request correction if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly,
To
request its deletion/destruction within the framework of the conditions
stipulated in Article 7 of the Law,
To
object to a result arising against you due to the analysis of your data
exclusively via automated systems.
