CHILDREN'S RIGHTS POLICY
As Crowne Plaza Istanbul Florya, we keep the safety and welfare of children at the highest priority. Respecting the rights of children and protecting them from all kinds of exploitation and abuse is one of the basic principles of our hotel. It is part of our responsibility to look after and protect children, who are the trusts of the future, under all circumstances.
In this direction:
- No Child Labor: We absolutely do not allow child labor in our hotel and we expect all our business partners to show the same sensitivity in this regard.
- Safe for Children. Environments:In our hotel, we offer safe and comfortable environments that support children's development and where they can express their thoughts and feelings freely. We create suitable spaces for children to feel free and safe.
- Child Abuse and Awareness Training: We provide regular training to all our employees on the prevention and recognition of child abuse. It is ensured that all our staff working with children are sensitive and conscious on this issue.
- Adult Supervision: We constantly provide adult supervision in all activities in which children participate in our hotel. Thus, the safety and welfare of children are ensured at the highest level.
- Awareness and Projects: We regularly organize trainings and support relevant social responsibility projects to raise awareness about the protection of children's rights.
- Intervention in Suspicious Situations: When a suspicious situation regarding children is witnessed in our hotel, the hotel management is first informed and, if necessary, the relevant official organizations are contacted.
